Construction Materials Ltd (CML) aims to meet your product requirements.  Our dressings and Fine Turf Dressings are formulated by our sports turf technicians working in a laboratory, ensuring that our Construction Materials Ltd  Fine Turf Dressing meets the demanding requirements of the sports turf professional.
The Construction Materials Ltd range includes USGA Specification material, which are particularly suited for USGA specification golf courses.
Construction Materials Ltd supplies a range of Greens Top Dressings, which are finely screened and organically mixed using only natural products to keep sports turf healthier and more playable.

CML Pro-Championship Top Dressing (Sterilised)


All of our top dressings are screened to 3mm through a series of square mesh screens, ensuring that all unwanted material is extracted. The material is then placed into a dry store.

USGA Fine Turf Top Dressing


Construction Materials Ltd supplies top dressings, sands and green waste. We use an Ultra Plant International UB60 spinning top dresser. The machine has a 4 tonne capacity hopper, which can spread to a maximum width of 11 metres.
We use 4 x 12.5 x 15 flotation tyres to give excellent weight distribution to minimize pitch damage.
